To support you and our team in a safe and effective manner we have made the following adjustments to our business:


1. Website & Shipping

We have added all of our shippable items to our website that way if you are feeling sick or do not want to venture out you can order your products and have it delivered right to your door with FREE SHIPPING (you read that right... no code necessary- just add items to your cart and check on out)!

2. Curbside Pickup

We have also built processes in place for CURBSIDE PICKUP.


This is a great option if you are out and about or live close to the store and need your products but do not want to risk coming in store.


Simply call the store closest to you ( 540- 548-1700 for Fredericksburg or 434-202-7653 for Charlottesville) and we can take payment over the phone, pack up your product, and carry it out to your car when you pull up.

3. Bodycomp

For the time being, we have temporarily discontinued use of our Bodycomp machines in an effort of precaution.


Although our team wipes off each piece of the machine before every use as standard procedure, research shows that this virus can stay on metal and plastic for an extended period of time. So, to be overly safe we will not be using our inbody until this virus has gone away.


4. Open Samples

Much like our inobdy efforts, we have also removed our open in store sample policy out of caution.


We know that being able to taste things before you purchase them is a great service that we have always offered but we do not want to take any chances in these crazy times by having our team mix up anything in store for our customers to consume in store.


There are just too many moving parts for us to guarantee our customers safety in this practice during this time. As always though, if you do purchase a product without getting to taste it ahead of time and end up hating the flavor we will always issue exchanges or refunds of products purchased in a 30 day window.

5. Cleaning Procedures

Last but not least, we are boosting cleaning procedures tremendously.

We have always had strict cleaning routines for our stores, but that has been increased to ensure safety. All counters, doors, tables, and common areas will be routinely lysoled in between each customer use. Our bathrooms, floors, and sinks will be cleaned with antibacterial cleaning supplies each night.


All efforts to create a safe and clean environment for our team and our customers are being taken.

As you can see we are doing everything we can as a 100% local business to stay open during these times to provide necessary nutritional supplements for our community and provide vital jobs for our staff in this scary time.
